Antler, OK - Teen Passenger Dies in DUI Crash on NW D St

Antler, OK (February 18, 2025) - A teenager was killed after a single-vehicle crash in the Antler area on Monday, February 17. The deadly collision took place early that morning around 4:36 a.m. on Northwest D Street in Pushmataha County. Local reports revealed that a 17-year-old teen from Antlers was driving a 2011 Ford Mustang when he failed to navigate a curve, left the roadway, and collided with a tree. 

Emergency crews were quickly dispatched to provide aid to the involved parties. The driver was treated at the scene before being transported to a local hospital by Antlers EMS. A 17-year-old passenger, also from Antlers, was taken to Pushmataha Hospital with head and trunk injuries. The victim was later pronounced dead soon after arriving at the medical facility.

A second passenger in the car, later identified as 22-year-old Bragg Tayler from Antlers, was airlifted to Medical City in Plano, Texas, where he remains in critical condition. It was later revealed that the driver was under the influence at the time of the crash. No further information on the deadly accident is currently available. However, an ongoing investigation into the cause of the incident is in progress.
