Certain types of crashes are more likely to result in fatal injuries. Rollovers are particularly deadly. Despite making up less than three percent of reported crashes, they are involved in almost 33 percent of deadly collisions on American roads. These accidents leave occupants extremely vulnerable, especially if they’re not properly restrained. It may be no wonder that unrestrained passengers are involved in the majority of deadly rollover accidents. However, even restrained occupants can still sustain life-changing or fatal injuries.
