Bixby, OK - One Killed in Construction Accident at 151st St & Cabanis Ave

Bixby, OK (April 1, 2025) - On Monday, March 31, one person was killed after a construction accident in the Bixby area. The deadly incident took place at a Red Dog Construction site at the corner of East 151st Street South and North Cabanis Avenue early that morning at around 9:30 a.m. The circumstances leading to the incident have not yet been determined. 

Emergency responders were quickly dispatched to the site to provide aid to the injured party. The scene was an active construction site, and the victim was rushed to a local hospital in critical condition. They were later pronounced dead. The identity of the deceased party has been provided at this time. No further information on the deadly accident is currently available. An ongoing investigation into the cause of the incident is being managed by local officials, and more updates will be provided as it continues.
