We would like to extend our deepest condolences to the family of the deceased victim at this time.
Many people in Oklahoma find riding an ATV to be a fun pastime. Sadly, these vehicles have a high top speed and provide little safety for the rider. Most casualties of ATV crashes are young adults or children. More than 1,500 individuals lose their lives in ATV crashes each year, and more than 100,000 injuries from these crashes need medical attention. Unfortunately, fatal ATV accidents frequently include intoxication and a lack of helmets. If you lose someone close to you in a sudden crash, you should consult with a qualified legal team to protect your rights.
