Choctaw, OK (April 9, 2025) - On Wednesday, April 9, there were fatal injuries reported in a car crash in the Choctaw area. The deadly accident took place on Interstate 40 EB near Triple X Road early that morning. The circumstances leading to the crash have not yet been determined.
