We would like to offer our deepest condolences to the family of the deceased victim at this time. Our thoughts are also with the injured victim and their family in hopes of a full recovery.
The speed involved in a crash is incredibly important. Speed has played a key role in overall road safety in recent years, and thousands are killed nationwide by speeding motorists every year. Nearly one-third of reported traffic deaths in the past 20 years have involved high-speed impacts. You are much more likely to lose control of your car at high rates of speed, and the force of impact will always be much worse.
