Edmond, OK (September 11, 2024) - On Sunday, two teenagers were killed after a vehicle collision in the Edmond area. The fatal crash occurred at the corner of NW 178th Street and Rockwell Avenue late that night around 8 p.m. A vehicle with four occupants was traveling near the intersection when it crashed into a tree and fence off the roadway.
Emergency responders were rushed to the scene to provide the necessary aid. The 18-year-old driver and a 16-year-old passenger suffered fatal injuries in the impact and were later pronounced dead. Another occupant was transported to a local hospital in critical condition. The fourth passenger was reportedly in stable condition.
