Heavener, OK - Worker Dies in Accident at OK Foods Poultry Plant

Heavener, OK (March 19, 2025) – On Tuesday, March 18, a worker was killed after an accident at a poultry plant in Heavener. The deadly incident took place at OK Foods, located at the 18593 block of OK-128, early that morning at around 2:50 a.m. It was later revealed that the victim was on a ladder when they fell onto an auger. 

The man was killed instantly. Emergency crews were later dispatched to provide aid, but the victim was pronounced dead at the scene. The exact circumstances leading to the deadly incident have not yet been provided. No further information on the deadly accident is currently available. An ongoing investigation into the cause of the deadly workplace accident is being handled by local officials.
