Heavener, OK (March 19, 2025) – On Tuesday, March 18, a worker was killed after an accident at a poultry plant in Heavener. The deadly incident took place at OK Foods, located at the 18593 block of OK-128, early that morning at around 2:50 a.m. It was later revealed that the victim was on a ladder when they fell onto an auger.
The man was killed instantly. Emergency crews were later dispatched to provide aid, but the victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
