We would like to extend our deepest condolences to the family of the deceased victim at this time. Our thoughts are with the injured victim and their family at this time.
Many people in Oklahoma enjoy riding a UTV as a way to relax and unwind. Sadly, these vehicles can go very fast and do not offer much safety for the person riding them. Most people who die in UTV accidents are young adults or children. Every year, more than 1,500 people die, and more than 100,000 are hurt badly enough that they need medical care in related accidents. Unfortunately, drunk driving and not wearing a helmet are common causes of fatal UTV crashes. If a sudden accident kills someone close to you, you should talk to a good legal team to protect your rights. This can help better protect your legal rights.
