Lawton, OK (November 20, 2024) – On Monday, November 18, there were fatal injuries reported after a two-vehicle accident in the Lawton area. The deadly crash took place early that morning on Highway 70. Local reports revealed that a motor vehicle and a pickup truck were involved in the collision.
Emergency responders were dispatched to the scene to provide aid to the involved parties. A passenger in the vehicle, 49-year-old Jennifer Stoker, sustained fatal injuries and was later pronounced dead. The driver was rushed to a hospital in Oklahoma City in critical condition. Two other passengers in the vehicle and the driver of the truck were also hurt. No additional information on the collision is currently available. Local law enforcement officials are managing an ongoing investigation into the cause of the incident.
