Mead, OK - Two Killed in Crash at Streetman Rd & Grand Rd

Mead, OK (September 8, 2024) - Two people were killed following a motor vehicle crash in the Mead area on Saturday, September 7. The deadly collision took place at the corner of Streetman Road and Grand Road early that morning. Emergency crews were rushed to the scene to provide aid to the involved parties. 

The circumstances leading to the crash have not yet been determined, but law enforcement is working thoroughly to determine the causes of the wreck. The driver, 35-year-old Casey McCullough of Mead, sustained fatal injuries in the impact and was pronounced dead at the scene. The vehicle’s passenger, 38-year-old Kerrissa Stopp of Bokchito, was also killed in the crash and pronounced dead at the scene by attending medical personnel. At this time, no further information on the deadly crash is currently available. An ongoing investigation into the cause of the accident is being managed by local law enforcement officials.
