Oklahoma City, OK (January 6, 2024) - On Saturday, January 4, a child was hurt after being struck by a motor vehicle in Oklahoma City. The incident took place at the corner of SW 59th Street and S. Eggleston Avenue that afternoon. Local reports revealed that the driver involved was making a turn when they hit the victim. 

Emergency responders were rushed to the scene to provide aid to the victim. The injured party was treated at the scene by attending medical personnel. The driver remained at the scene and cooperated with responding officials. The area was temporarily closed as local authorities worked to clear the scene. Although no updates on the accident are currently available, an ongoing investigation into the cause of the crash is being managed by local law enforcement officials, and more information will be supplied as it continues.
