Oklahoma City, OK (January 16, 2025) - There were confirmed injuries after a multi-vehicle collision in Oklahoma City on Thursday, January 16. The crash took place at the corner of SW 21st Street and S. Western Avenue early that morning. Two vehicles reportedly collided at the scene.
At this time, the circumstances leading to the incident have not been determined. One of the vehicles involved left the roadway during the impact. The other vehicle, a white pickup truck, had significant damage to the front end. Emergency crews and firefighters were quickly dispatched to the scene, and a firefighter was found providing aid to one of the parties when other officials arrived.
