Oklahoma City, OK - Pedestrian Dies in Accident at I-40 & Council Rd

Oklahoma City, OK (April 12, 2025) - There were fatal injuries reported after a pedestrian-vehicle accident in the area of Oklahoma City on Friday, April 11. The fatal crash was reported on Interstate 40 near Council Road late that evening at around 11 p.m. Emergency crews were quickly dispatched to provide aid to the involved parties. 

At this time, the information available on the crash is limited. The victim was on foot when they were hit by an oncoming motor vehicle. Despite life-saving support by attending medical personnel, the injured party suffered fatal injuries and was later pronounced dead.
