Some types of accidents are more likely to cause major or life-changing injuries. When two cars driving towards each other collide, it is called a head-on crash, and these accidents can be deadly. In 2020, just over 10 percent of all deadly car accidents were head-on collisions. The Insurance Information Institute (III) says that this kind of accident caused 3,631 deaths and injured many more people in a year. These crashes have a death rate of almost 56 percent, which is much higher than other types of accidents. If you or someone close to you is hurt in a crash, you should consult with a diligent and skilled legal team to get the most out of your case.
