Being involved in a rollover is a traumatic experience. There's a much greater chance of being thrown from the vehicle and suffering life-changing injuries in a rollover. It should come as no surprise that the majority of rollover deaths involve unrestrained passengers. The number of rollover crashes is on the rise across the country. This is partly because SUVs, pickup trucks, and other top-heavy vehicles are becoming more popular. Rollovers are only a small part of all car accidents in the country, but they are responsible for nearly 30 percent of all road deaths. Three out of every four rollovers only involve just a single car. If you or someone close to you gets hurt severely in an accident, you need to be ready to file a strong claim for compensation by working closely with a skilled legal team.
